Sebenarnya nak cerita pasal sakit otot ni. Husband baru-baru ni sakit otot sebab pergi latihan menyelamatkan diri sebelum ke offshore. Banyak risiko di offshore ni jadi adalah latihan terjun helikopter, berenang dan sebagainya sebagai langkah berjaga-jaga.
Sebab nak tiru real life situation, sebelum terjun berenang tu, tak adalah nak buat stretching. Akibatnya sakit otot. Kesian dia. Dah la nak p offshore.
Jadi selama 2 hari husband ambil 4 biji ostematrix/kalsium Shaklee.
Alhamdulillah dah pulih sepenuhnya.
Lepas tu rasa
nak demam pula, jadi selama 1 hari, saya bagi dia ambil 3 sachet nutriferon dan 2 bijix3 kali vitamin c. 3x sebab setiap kali selepas makan. Dos lebih sebab ia untuk memulihkan bukan pencegahan. Kalau normal 1 bj vitamin c sehari dan 1 sachet nutriferon seminggu dah ok.
Kenapa sakit otot dan kejang boleh berlaku?
Jika kita tak buat warming up, warming down dan ambil cukup vitamin, koyakkan kecil pada otot mungkin berlaku. Malah jika kita dah prepare pun, ada kemungkinan masih rasa sakit jika jarang-jarang sekali beriadah.
